You will need to deposit £10 in your account as soon as it is opened and you must keep a minimum of £10 in the account to keep it open.
This can vary based on your circumstances but we recommend at least £5.00 per month into your Saver Plus account.
If you close the account within one year, £10 is levied as an administrative charge. After 1 year we will not levy a charge.
You can open an account online and make deposits. However, in order to enable you to withdraw cash across the counter or to transfer to an external bank account we will need to see proof of identification and address details.
Please talk to us if you do not have the necessary ID available or cannot come into one of our offices.
