A £10 deposit is required to open your account. This is the minimum amount required to maintain your account in the first 12 months.
We encourage regular saving. The amount you save will depend on your circumstances but we recommend at least £5 per month.
If you close the account within one year, we will levy a £10 administrative charge. After 1 year we will not levy a charge.
You can submit an application for membership online but we will need to see proof of identification and your address before we can confirm your membership. Your nearest branch will be in touch to arrange this.
Please talk to us if you do not have the necessary ID available or cannot attend one of our branches.
